General Policy
CONSTRUCOLOR® products are professional-grade construction materials intended for trained applicators. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been:
- Opened
- Used
- Mixed
- Installed
- Altered in any way
Orders Placed Through Our E-Commerce (Odoo)
Orders placed directly through our online store are subject to the following:
Order Confirmation
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Product selection
- Quantity
- Color selection (when applicable)
- Shipping information
Manufacturing Defects
If a product purchased through our e-commerce platform is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, CONSTRUCOLOR® will:
- Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent material
- Absorb the cost of the replacement material
Cash refunds are not issued.
To submit a claim, customers must:
- Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Provide batch/lot number, photos, video, and a detailed description of the issue
- Allow our technical team to evaluate the claim prior to replacement approval
Special Orders (Custom Colors & Large Volume Orders)
A Special Order is any order that is not part of CONSTRUCOLOR®'s standard, regularly stocked products and includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom or special colors not included in our official Color Chart
- Orders exceeding 100 buckets per product or per color
- Project-specific formulations or specifications
- Any made-to-order, non-stock, or customized material
- Orders placed through telephone or email, not through our e-commerce platform
Special orders are processed exclusively through our contact channels (Telephone: 210 714 3488 / Email: sales@construcolor.com) and require written confirmation.
Final Sale – No Refunds, No Returns
ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
Once confirmed in writing:
- No refunds
- No returns
- No exchanges
- No cancellations
This applies without exception, including but not limited to:
- Excess material
- Change of mind
- Project cancellation or delay
- Incorrect quantity ordered by the client
- Color dissatisfaction after production
- Scheduling or coordination issues on the jobsite
Custom Colors – Important Disclosures
By placing a Special Order for custom colors, the client acknowledges and accepts that:
- Color is approved based on samples, mockups, or references, not final installed appearance
Color appearance may vary depending on:
- Substrate color or texture
- Application method
- Thickness
- Lighting conditions
- Sealer or finish used
Color perception is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Production & Confirmation
- Production begins only after written confirmation (email approval or signed quote) and payment has been received
- Once production starts, the order cannot be modified or canceled
- Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on volume and formulation
Manufacturing Defects (Limited Remedy)
In the unlikely event of a verified manufacturing defect, CONSTRUCOLOR®'s sole responsibility will be:
- Replacement of the defective product with the same or equivalent material
No refunds will be issued.
This limited remedy does not cover:
- Labor
- Freight
- Removal or application
- Project delays or damages
- Consequential or indirect losses
All defect claims must:
- Be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Include batch/lot numbers, photos, videos, and detailed description
- Be reviewed and approved by our technical team
Non-Eligible Claims
Special Orders are not eligible for claims related to:
- Improper surface preparation
- Incorrect mixing, dilution, or application
- Use of incompatible products or systems
- Job site or environmental conditions
- Installer error or lack of technical consultation prior to application
Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for:
- Verifying quantities, specifications, and color approvals
- Consulting technical data sheets and CONSTRUCOLOR® technical support prior to application
Pour Schedule Requirement
For all special orders involving custom colors or large volumes, clients must provide a pour schedule indicating the planned dates for concrete placement.
This information is required to:
- Allow sufficient production and batching time
- Reduce the risk of delays
Failure to provide a pour schedule may result in:
- Extend lead times
- Inability to guarantee delivery to the scheduled pour
- Delays for which CONSTRUCOLOR® assumes no responsibility
Acceptance of Special Orders Policy
By confirming a Special Order, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Special Orders Policy in full.
Non-Eligible Claims
CONSTRUCOLOR® does not assume responsibility for issues resulting from:
- Improper surface preparation
- Incorrect mixing, dilution, or application
- Use of incompatible products
- Jobsite or environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, substrate condition, etc.)
- Labor costs, delays, rework, or project downtime
Shipping Damage
Any damage caused during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Applicable for e-commerce and Special Orders.
Claims must include:
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Delivery receipt or proof of delivery
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void the claim.
Technical Support Disclaimer
Our technical support team is available to assist prior and ruing application through telephone and email.
Reviewing technical data sheets and confirming product suitability before installation is the client's responsibility.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, whether through our e-commerce platform or through our contact channels, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.
