Shipping Coverage
CONSTRUCOLOR® ships professional construction materials within the United States. Shipping availability may vary depending on product type, quantity, weight, and destination.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Processing & Lead Times
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Processing and dispatch time are estimates only and may vary based on:
- Product availability
- Order volume
- Special handling requirements
- Custom or made-to-order products
Special Orders, custom colors, or large-volume orders may require extended lead times.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Shipping method and carrier are selected by CONSTRUCOLOR® unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders may ship via parcel service, LTL freight or dedicated freight depending on size and weight.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately when applicable.
Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is released to the carrier.
CONSTRUCOLOR® is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Transit interruptions
- Weather-related or force majeure events
- Missed project deadlines due to shipping delays
Delivery Conditions & Client Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring delivery site accessibility
- Providing adequate personnel and equipment for unloading
- Verifying delivery details prior to shipment
Fails or rescheduled deliveries due to access limitations, job site conditions, or refusal may result in additional charges.
Inspection & Shipping Damage
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage or shipping-related issues must be:
- Documented with photos & video
- Noted on the delivery receipt
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Shipping damage claims are subject to the terms outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Freight charges are not reimbursed for returned, refused, or replacement materials unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
